At the ticket office, take a oneway ticket to Planpraz + Brévent and a return to Planpraz. Take the Planplaz gondola then the Planpraz Brévent cable car (2,525 m). Enjoy the view on arrival at the gazebo of the Mont-Blanc mountain range, its peaks and glaciers: Aiguilles de Chamonix, Aiguille du Midi, Mont-Blanc du Tacul, Mont-Maudit, Mont-Blanc, Dome du Goûter, the Bossons and Taconnaz glaciers. The view also extends to the Fiz massif. Viewpoint.

From the arrival station of the Brévent, cable car, on the right follow the direction to the Brévent pass. Along the way, keep your eyes skinned as you can see ibex and marmots.

At the Col du Brévent (2368 m), take the path on the left GR 5 towards the Col d’Anterne refuge.

A long journey down to the Pont d’Arlevé (1,597 m), which crosses the Diosaz. A Bucolic little trail and not often used through the flowers and streams stemming from Le Lac Cornu and Les Lacs Noirs. The main focus being the Fiz rocks and the Col d’Anterne refuge which will be difficult to reach there and back in a day. Half-way down between the pass and the bridge, you will pass the ruins of Arlevé cottages.

Have a Picnic at Arlevé bridge then go back along the same route, but the views are obviously different. In focus this time, the Charlanon peak and the top of Brévent.

After a good elevation climb (770 m), one returns to the Col du Brévent. From the pass, go back down towards Planpraz, again facing the Mont-Blanc.

Take the Planpraz gondola that takes you back to the Brévent car park in Chamonix.
